An over-the-counter extra strength headache relief product combining acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin 250 mg (NSAID), and caffeine 65 mg as a pain reliever and pain reliever aid.

Uses

Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to toothache, arthritis, a cold, headache, muscular aches, premenstrual and menstrual cramps.

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 caplets every 6 hours. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours. Children under 12: ask a doctor.

Side Effects

Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction occurs, ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs, stomach bleeding signs appear, or pain or fever persists beyond 10 days or 3 days respectively.

Interactions

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking a prescription drug for diabetes, gout, or arthritis.

Reye syndrome risk: Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product.
