Uses
INDICATIONS For the temporary relief of fatigue, sweating, occasional headache, flushing, shortness of breath, increased pulse, nausea, or anxiousness.*
Dosage
DIRECTIONS Place drops under tongue 30 minutes before/after meals. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 10 drops up to 3 times per day. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.

DESCRIPTION Sodium Acetate Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, concentrated solution of sodium acetate in water for injection. The solution is administered after dilution by the intravenous route as an electrolyte replenisher. It must not be administered undiluted. Each mL of 2 mEq/mL product contains 164 mg of sodium acetate (anhydrous) which provides 2 mEq each of sodium (Na + ) and acetate (CH 3 COO - ).
