11 DESCRIPTION Mirvetuximab soravtansine-gynx is a folate receptor alpha (FRα)-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of three components: 1) an anti-FRα monoclonal antibody of IgG1 subtype 2) the small molecule anti-tubulin agent DM4 (a maytansine derivative) and 3) a linker, sulfo-SPDB (1-(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl)oxy-1-oxo-4-(pyridin-2-yldisulfanyl)butane-2-sulfonic acid) that covalently attaches DM4 to the mirvetuximab antibody.
