It is a glycosylated single-chain protein produced by genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells containing a DNA plasmid encoding for a soluble fragment of human hyaluronidase (PH20). Hyaluronidase has an approximate molecular weight of 61 kDa.
