Uses

First aid to help prevent infection and for temporary relief of pain or discomfort in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns.

Dosage

Adults and children 2 years of age or older: clean the affected area. Apply a small amount (fingertip size) on the area 1 to 3 times daily. May be covered with a sterile bandage. Children under 2 years of age: ask a doctor.

Side Effects

Stop use and ask a doctor if you need to use longer than 1 week, condition persists or gets worse, or symptoms persist for more than 1 week.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, in the eyes, or over large areas of the body. Ask a doctor before use if you have deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns.

Storage

Store at 20-25C (68-77F).

11 DESCRIPTION ZUNVEYL (benzgalantamine) is a prodrug of galantamine, an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor . Benzgalantamine gluconate is known chemically as (4aS,6R,8aS)-4a,5,9,10,11,12-hexahydro-3-methoxy-11-methyl-6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-ef][2]benzazepin-6- benzoate gluconate salt. It has an empirical formula of C 30 H 37 NO 11 and has a molecular weight of 587.61 (gluconate salt) and 391.46 (benzgalantamine). Benzgalantamine gluconate is a white to pale yellow powder and is soluble in water.
