The chemical name of fostemsavir tromethamine is (3-((4-benzoyl-1-piperazinyl)(oxo)acetyl)-4-methoxy-7-(3-methyl-1 H -1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1 H -pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridin-1-yl)methyl dihydrogen phosphate, 2-amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol (1:1). The empirical formula is C 25 H 26 N 7 O 8 P•C 4 H 11 NO 3 . The molecular weight is 704.6 g/mol (583.5 as free acid).
