11 DESCRIPTION Paliperidone extended-release tablets contains paliperidone USP, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. Paliperidone, USP contains a racemic mixture of (+)- and (-)- paliperidone.
