Interactions

Bupropion inhibits CYP2D6, affecting antidepressants, antipsychotics, and beta-blockers. Concurrent MAOI use is contraindicated.

Suicidal thoughts and behaviors: increased risk in children, adolescents, and young adults requiring close monitoring.
