11 DESCRIPTION Ambrisentan, is an endothelin receptor antagonist. The chemical name of ambrisentan is (+)-(2 S )-2-[(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)oxy]-3-methoxy-3,3-diphenylpropanoic acid.
