11 DESCRIPTION Romiplostim is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist (TPO-RA). Romiplostim, a member of the TPO mimetic class, is an Fc-peptide fusion protein (peptibody). Romiplostim has no amino acid sequence homology to endogenous TPO.
