11 DESCRIPTION Terbinafine tablets, USP contain the synthetic allylamine antifungal compound terbinafine hydrochloride. Chemically, terbinafine hydrochloride, USP is (E)- N -(6, 6-dimethyl-2-hepten-4-ynyl)- N -methyl-1-naphthalenemethanamine hydrochloride.
