The chemical name of capivasertib is 4-amino- N -[(1S)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypropyl]-1-(7 H -pyrrolo[2,3- d ]pyrimidin-4-yl)-4-piperidinecarboxamide. Capivasertib is a white to off-white powder with pH-dependent solubility. It is freely soluble in water at pH values below 1.2 and practically insoluble at pH values above 6.8.
