Clonazepam is useful alone or as an adjunct for seizure disorders including Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and myoclonic seizures, plus indicated for the treatment of panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.

The most frequently occurring side effects are CNS depression-related, with drowsiness occurred in approximately 50% of patients and ataxia in approximately 30%.
