Dosage
Directions for Use: Do not use if printed neck seal is broken or missing use only as directed. For infants 4 months and older: give 4 drops under the tongue every 30 minutes for 4 doses. Then reduce to once every 4 hours or as recommended by a doctor.
Warnings
Warnings: Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a physician. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms do not improve in 7 days swelling, rash, or fever develops irritiation, pain or redness persists or worsens If pregnant or nursing, ask a doctor before use

11 DESCRIPTION Spherusol ® is a sterile aqueous solution of extracts of C. immitis spherules. The multi-dose vial contains 0.9% sodium chloride and 0.014% sodium borate with 0.4% phenol as a preservative. Residual thimerosal from the manufacturing process is present at a concentration of ≤0.0001% (<0.05 mcg mercury/0.1 mL dose). Each 0.1 mL dose contains 1.27 mcg of spherule-derived antigen. The potency of each lot of Spherusol ® is determined in sensitized guinea pigs.
