The molecular mass of the antibody is approximately 150 kDa. GAZYVA (obinutuzumab) injection is produced by mammalian cell (CHO) suspension culture. GAZYVA was engineered to have reduced fucose content as compared to a typical IgG1 produced in CHO cells.
