Extended-release tablet combining fexofenadine hydrochloride 180 mg (antihistamine) and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 240 mg (nasal decongestant).
Uses
Relieves allergy symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes) and nasal congestion from hay fever, colds, and respiratory allergies.
Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet with water every 24 hours on empty stomach. Not for children under 12. Those 65 and older or with kidney disease should consult a doctor. Do not crush or chew tablet.
Interactions
Do not take at the same time as aluminum or magnesium antacids. Avoid fruit juices.
Warnings
Contains multiple contraindications including MAOI interactions, heart disease, thyroid disease, glaucoma, high blood pressure, diabetes, and prostate issues. Do not use if allergic to product ingredients or taking MAOIs. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or symptoms do not improve within 7 days.
Pregnancy
