Fluorouracil has a molecular weight of 130.08. Fluorouracil cream contains 0.5% fluorouracil, with 0.35% being incorporated into a patented porous microsphere (Microsponge ® ) composed of methyl methacrylate/glycol dimethacrylate crosspolymer and dimethicone.
