Rubbing: Apply hand sanitizer evenly to all parts of hands, including palms, backs of hands, fingers, finger joints, fingernails and wrists. 3. Rinse: Rinse your hands with flowing water, and rinse the hand sanitizer thoroughly. 4. Dry: Dry your hands with a clean towel or disposable paper towel.
