DESCRIPTION Doxycycline hyclate is soluble in water and chars at 201°C without melting. The base doxycycline has a high degree of lipid solubility and a low affinity for calcium binding. It is highly stable in normal human serum. Each 100 mg vial contains: Doxycycline hyclate equivalent to 100 mg doxycycline; ascorbic acid 480 mg; mannitol 300 mg. pH of the reconstituted solution (10 mg/mL) is between 1.8 and 3.3.

11 DESCRIPTION CRENESSITY contains crinecerfont, a selective corticotropin-releasing factor type 1 receptor antagonist, present as crinecerfont free base, with the chemical name, 2-thiazolamine, 4-(2-chloro-4-methoxy-5-methylphenyl)- N -[(1S)-2-cyclopropyl-1-(3-fluoro-4-methylphenyl)ethyl]-5-methyl- N -2-propyn-1-yl. Crinecerfont free base is the S-enantiomer with an enantiomeric excess of at least 99.7%.

11 DESCRIPTION LOKELMA is a powder for oral suspension. The active ingredient in LOKELMA is sodium zirconium cyclosilicate, a potassium binder. Sodium zirconium cyclosilicate is a non-absorbed zirconium silicate that preferentially exchanges potassium for hydrogen and sodium. LOKELMA is an odorless, insoluble white to grey powder for oral suspension. It has a mean particle size of 20 µm and includes no more than 3% of particles with a diameter below 3 µm.
