11 DESCRIPTION VORANIGO tablets contain vorasidenib, an isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) and isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 (IDH2) inhibitor. Vorasidenib is present as the hemicitric acid hemihydrate co-crystal. The chemical name of the co-crystal is 6-(6-chloropyridin-2-yl)- N 2 , N 4 -bis[(2 R )-1,1,1-trifluoropropan-2-yl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine, 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid, hydrate (2:1:1).
