Uses
Use temporarily relieves .nasal congestion due to a cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies .sinus congestion and pressure
Dosage
Directions Adults&children 12 years & older(with adult supervision ): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril,not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 times in 24 hours. Ask a doctor: children 6 to under 12 years,Do not use children under 6 years.

The chemical name for REZDIFFRA is 2-[3,5-Dichloro-4-((6-oxo-5-(propan-2-yl)-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl)oxy)phenyl]-3,5-dioxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazine-6-carbonitrile. The molecular formula is C 17 H 12 Cl 2 N 6 O 4 and the molecular weight is 435.22. The chemical structure is: Resmetirom has low aqueous solubility below pH 6 and higher solubility above pH 7 (0.44 mg/mL at pH 7.04).
