Dosage

GERD: 20 mg once daily for 4–8 weeks. Take 30–60 minutes before a meal.

Common: Headache, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea. Long-term: Increased fracture risk.

Interactions

Reduces absorption of ketoconazole, iron supplements. May reduce clopidogrel effectiveness.

Warnings
