11 DESCRIPTION LENMELDY (atidarsagene autotemcel) is a gene therapy consisting of autologous CD34 + cells, containing hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), transduced with a lentiviral vector (LVV) encoding the human arylsulfatase A (ARSA) gene, suspended in cryopreservation solution.
