Use For temporary relief of pain
Dosage
Directions Adult and children 12 years of age and over: ■ clean and dry affected area ■ remove film from patch and apply to the skin (see illustration) ■ apply 1 patch at a time to affected area, not more than 3 to 4 times daily ■ remove patch from the skin after at most 8-hour application ■ Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor

When Using ■ use only as directed ■ avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, or rashes ■ do not bandage tightly Stop Use ■ localized skin reactions occur, such as rash, itching, redness, irritation, pain, swelling and blistering ■ condition worsen ■ symptoms persist far more than 7 days ■ symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days

11 DESCRIPTION FILSPARI (sparsentan) is an endothelin and angiotensin II receptor antagonist. The chemical name of sparsentan is 2-[4-[(2-butyl-4-oxo-1,3-diazaspiro[4.4]non-1-en-3-yl)methyl]-2-(ethoxymethyl)phenyl]-N-(4,5-dimethyl-1,2-oxazol-3-yl)benzenesulfonamide. Sparsentan is a white to off-white powder, which is practically insoluble in water. Sparsentan has pH-dependent solubility, with intrinsic solubility of 1.48 and 0.055 mg/mL under pH 1.2 and 6.8, respectively.
