Rilpivirine (RPV) is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) is converted in vivo to tenofovir, an acyclic nucleoside phosphonate (nucleotide) analog of adenosine 5′-monophosphate. COMPLERA tablets are for oral administration.
