Nivolumab is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody that has a calculated molecular mass of 146 kDa and is expressed in a recombinant Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell line. Relatlimab is a lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) blocking antibody that has a calculated molecular mass of 148 kDa and is expressed in a recombinant CHO cell line.
