11 DESCRIPTION LAGEVRIO capsules contain molnupiravir, a nucleoside analogue that inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication by viral mutagenesis and is the 5´-isobutyrate ester of the ribonucleoside analog N4-hydroxycytidine (NHC).
