Dosage
Ozempic: Start 0.25 mg weekly, escalate to 0.5 mg then 1–2 mg weekly.

Interactions
Insulin and sulfonylureas — increased hypoglycemia risk. May affect oral medication absorption.
Warnings
FDA Black Box Warning: Thyroid C-cell tumors in animal studies. Monitor for pancreatitis.
Pregnancy
Not recommended — discontinue at least 2 months before planned pregnancy.
