Vamorolone [17α,21-dihydroxy-16α-methyl-pregna-1,4,9(11)-triene-3,20-dione] is a white to off-white powder with a molecular formula of C 22 H 28 O 4 and a molecular weight of 356.46 g/mol. Its structural formula is: Vamorolone is freely soluble in methanol and dioxane and sparingly soluble in ethanol and acetone. AGAMREE for oral administration is available as an oral suspension in a strength of 40 mg/mL.
