Use For the temporary relief minor pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, muscle strains, sprains, bruises and joint stiffness
Dosage
Directions Adult s & children 12 years and over: Apply to affected areas no more than 3-4 times daily. Wash hands after applying. Children under 12 yrs: Ask a doctor.

When Using this product Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not bandage tightly. Stop use and ask a doctor if 1.Condition worsens 2.Pain persists more than 7 days 3.Rash or irritation develops
