11 DESCRIPTION ZYNTEGLO (betibeglogene autotemcel) is a β A-T87Q -globin gene therapy consisting of autologous CD34+ cells, containing hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), transduced with BB305 LVV encoding β A-T87Q -globin, suspended in cryopreservation solution.
