11 DESCRIPTION AUVELITY is a combination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, an uncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonist and sigma-1 receptor agonist, and bupropion hydrochloride, an aminoketone and CYP450 2D6 inhibitor.
