Dosage

DIRECTIONS Place drops under tongue 30 minutes before/after meals. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 10 to 15 drops once weekly or monthly. If mild symptoms are present, take 10 drops up to 3 times per day. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.

11 DESCRIPTION Epoprostenol sodium is the sodium salt of epoprostenol, formulated as a white to off-white lyophilized cake or powder for intravenous (IV) administration. Each vial of Epoprostenol for Injection contains epoprostenol sodium equivalent to either 0.5 mg (500,000 ng) or 1.5 mg (1,500,000 ng) epoprostenol, 5 mg Glycine and 100 mg sucrose. Sodium hydroxide is added to adjust pH.
