Directions adults and children 12 years of age and older : ■ apply a thin layer to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily ■ massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin ■ wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor
